Hello Parents, I hope that you have enjoyed the summer with your children and read lots of books! If you happened to get a picture of your child reading this summer please send it to me at tenchj@brsd.org and if you haven't taken any there is still one week left to "catch" your child reading and snap a quick picture. I would like to show the pictures during the first week of school in library class.

Hexagon Project/Interdependence
The following students received awards in the Hexagon Project/Interdependence Day art exhibit:
Natasha Johnson - Art Works Award
Mary Kerr - Most Effective
Taylor Brant - Most Relevant
Luis Tobon - Honorable Mention
Tabitha Cramer - Most Creative
Micah Mullen - Honorable Mention
Jerni Schell - Honorable Mention
The Opening will be September 7 from 6-9pm at the Library Express, 2nd floor in the Steamtown Mall.
The Student Recognition and Reception will be Sunday Sept. 16, 2-4 pm.

All students who participated in the project are welcome to attend with their families.
