Blue Ridge Fifth graders recently completed a mural project in Sarrah Dibble's art class. Since March, students have been working on twelve murals, each about a different theme. These murals will hang in the elementary office. Each mural is a different shape and the paintings and drawings created on it describe or illustrate ideas about the larger shape. Shapes and themes are as follows: Dolphin/Ocean Life, Tree/Environment, Carrot/Healthy Living, Cloud/Weather, Spaceship/Space, Dinosaur/Prehistoric times, Frog/Life changes, Butterfly/Metamorphasis, Numbers/Math, Running Girl/Sports and Fitness, World/Geography, Barn/Farm Life.
